Richard is the senior Regional Master Black Belt for SGCIB AMER and my Six Sigma Black Belt instructor and certification coach. Richard’s ability to take complex topics and translate them into easy to understand examples and practical application is amazing. He has built an easy to understand training program that includes everything from basic project management all the way through advanced topics such as Black Belt training and Design For Six Sigma. The approach he took toward building these courses allows for easy reference, by project managers and certification candidates, when outside of the classroom and allows for quicker training of individuals opposed to being in classrooms for weeks at a time, as other programs require. As it pertains to his coaching style, Richard consistently shows passion for what he does in conjunction with an extremely high level of expertise. He encourages certification candidates to explore the best tools and methods to execute their projects, while maintaining the tools and techniques required in achieving certification. His enthusiasm, knowledge, instructional technique and coaching methods allows for the highest level of knowledge transfer and competency in those he certifies and is the number one reason SGCIB has had the level of success in their deployment within the AMER region.
